Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Information Security - IAM to lead the identity and access management program across the enterprise, including SSO, MFA, PAM, and provisioning in a cloud‑first environment.

You will partner with IT and security teams to design policies, manage KPIs, ensure SOX/ISO 27001 compliance, and drive IAM governance and audits on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent with relevant certifications.
• 7+ years in enterprise IAM architecture, IDaaS, MFA, SSO, PAM.
• Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD.
• Experience with IGA tools (Saviynt) and elevated privilege management.
• Familiarity with SAML, LDAP, PKI and cloud security in AWS/Azure.
• Regulated environments and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Leading IAM governance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage global IAM resources to implement and operate BeOne’s IAM strategy.
• Develop vision, strategy, and roadmaps for global IAM including SSO, federation, MFA, PAM, provisioning, and access control.
• Develop and manage KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee SOD management and IAM compliance activities.
• Establish IAM continuity for business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Develop and publish IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Support IAM governance and audits.
• Lead architectural efforts within IAM.
