Job summary

Bruker Warsaw is seeking an HRIT Analyst to support, maintain and continually improve Bruker’s global HR technology landscape, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS, across HR operations and IT. You will own assigned system areas, incidents and enhancements, configure workflows, data foundations and reference data, and coordinate testing, releases and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS or comparable enterprise apps.
• Experience in system support, configuration, testing, data imports and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and HR operations.
• Professional fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Tier-2 support for assigned HR systems, investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with HR, IT and external vendors.
• Configure and maintain workflows, permissions, foundation objects, picklists and reference data.
• Manage assigned system enhancements from requirement clarification through configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Partner with HR functions and process owners to translate operational needs into standardized technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate activities, improve self-service and reduce manual corrections.
• Support data imports, mass updates, data-quality controls, access reviews and monitoring of integrations.
• Coordinate testing, release-readiness and operational support for recurring HR processes and system releases.
• Maintain system and process documentation and coordinate project work packages and vendor activities.
