Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Regional Process Lead for FP&A, the SME for regional end-to-end FP&A processes and the Global Template transition. You will coordinate meetings, configure systems, test modules, prepare process documents, and train end users while partnering with OpCo Process Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in complex international transformation projects.
• Proven ability to distill requirements and drive change.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user requirements within functional areas.
• Provide expert knowledge of FP&A transition methodology.
• Close gaps between as-is and to-be processes.
• Ensure configuration, processing and implementation of software modules.
• Promote adoption of new Global Template solutions.
• Support OpCos through change management and sustainable adoption.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with key stakeholders.
• Develop processes and changes with OpCos for Global Template.
• Foster ownership of the solution within OpCos.
• Ensure knowledge transfer through documentation and training.
• Provide a communication link between project teams.
• Contribute to status reporting.
