Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years working on complex programs delivering governance and change interventions.
• Experience facilitating governance cycles and stakeholder engagement.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate voice of the customer into actions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall program planning & governance for assigned delivery pillars.
• Integrate plan changes & derogations within governance cycle.
• Document and follow up on risks and issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resolution of scope, time, risk and resources constraints.
• Create change management strategy aligned with corporate culture.
• Lead end-to-end change activities using HEINEKEN Change Approach.
