JDE Peet’s is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to act as a SME for core HR systems, collaborate with international teams, and maintain governance across platforms. You will train users, manage integrations, and develop analytics solutions to support HR initiatives.

The role involves designing dashboards, supporting system releases, and creating training materials to drive adoption globally. Hybrid work model and onboarding are included.

Competenze

• minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role
• hands‑on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms
• experience in system administration, governance, and user support
• good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work effectively with international teams
• bachelor's or Master's degree
• fluent English, both written and spoken

Job Description
