The Global Travel & Expense Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Global Travel & Expense (T&E) program at JDE Peet's. The role ensures compliance with internal travel policies, availability of fit-for-purpose tools and suppliers, timely reimbursement of employee expenses, and effective management of the Corporate Credit Card Program.
The position leads the development of the global T&E strategy, defines KPIs to measure compliance and performance, and drives continuous improvement across Travel, Expense, Meetings, and Card processes. Working in a globally standardized but locally executed model, the role builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, outsourced partners, and suppliers to ensure consistent adoption and optimal user experience.
In addition, the role leads and develops direct reports and local T&E functional leads, ensuring efficient, compliant, and future-proof T&E operations.
