Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking a Project & Portfolio Manager - Data Governance & Data Management to drive our governance agenda and structure a global portfolio. You will manage roadmaps, priorities, requests, and projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.

You will oversee centralisation of customer and material master data, prioritise risks, dependencies, and resources, and promote consistent data practices across domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within data, business, process, or technology transformation.
• Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data governance, data management, or business transformation is a plus.
• Experience working in a global organisation; agile experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Data Governance portfolio roadmap, priorities, milestones, and resource planning.
• Manage selected data governance and data management projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate requests and initiatives, tracking risks, dependencies, resources, and priorities.
• Drive data governance and data management initiatives that enable global business processes and master data excellence.
• Establish clear project methodology, responsibilities, decision-making, and ways of working.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, stakeholder discussions, and governance forums.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Improve project and portfolio management practices, supporting business readiness and adoption.
