Job summary

Volvo Group in Poland is seeking a dedicated HRIS/People Growth support professional to provide first-line support for Cornerstone on Demand and related HR processes. You will collaborate with People & Culture Partners and managers, translate business needs into backlog items, and assist with testing new releases.

The role involves cross-functional teamwork and potential training responsibilities. HQ emphasis on continuous improvement, data handling, and global coordination.

• Support People Growth process and Cornerstone on Demand globally as first-line support.

In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for the smooth execution of the Performance and Touchpoint processes within Volvo Group employees which is based on high-quality dialogues between people that build engagement and improve both team and individual performance and help them with their development. For those processes we use, support and configure a cloud-based online platform, in keeping with business requirements in different countries, as well as provide tool technical support for end users (People&Culture Partner, Managers and employees).

We work as administrators of HR software as well as the administration of personnel data for our colleagues globally.
[Note: considering the ongoing holiday period, the process itself will commence properly from 07.09 onwards]

What you will do

• Your main mission will be to support People Growth process and the Cornerstone on Demand based digital solution globally and act as first-line support.
• You will work very closely with local People & Culture Partners and line managers to support in all areas of People Growth as well as have contacs with vendor and product team.
• You will need to cast a wide view over the whole process and suggest improvements where possible and valuable.
• You will assist in the testing of new releases, upgrades, or patches.
• You will be supporting the Product Team in translating clients' business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases.
• You will participate in planning and organizing the campaigns related to processes.
• You will analyze sensitive data and build reports on demand considering approval path.
• You might be responsible for conducting training for some groups.

• Is familiar with Cornerstone on Demand (it’s a plus).
