Job summary

Volvo Group in Poland is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to deliver reliable HR services for employees in Sweden. You will manage day-to-day HR administration, maintain data in SAP SuccessFactors, and prepare HR documents while coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.

You will collaborate across countries, support payroll with accurate information, and drive data quality and process improvements in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, personnel administration, payroll support, or a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A practical, structured, and service-oriented approach.
• Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work across countries and teams.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
