Job summary

Volvo Group in Poland is seeking a dedicated HRIS/People Growth support professional to provide first-line support for Cornerstone on Demand and related HR processes. You will collaborate with People & Culture Partners and managers, translate business needs into backlog items, and assist with testing new releases.

The role involves cross-functional teamwork and potential training responsibilities. HQ emphasis on continuous improvement, data handling, and global coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cornerstone on Demand is a plus.
• Translate client business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and detailed requirements.
• Testing of releases, upgrades, patches; supporting product team.

Responsibilities

• Support People Growth process and Cornerstone on Demand globally as first-line support.
• Collaborate with local People & Culture Partners and line managers; liaise with vendor and product team.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to planning campaigns.
• Assist in translating needs into backlog items and use cases; create business requirements documents.
• Participate in training activities for groups as needed.
