Job summary

HRK S.A. seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee the operational HR function within an international service environment.

You will lead the HR Shared Services team, ensure timely delivery of HR services, and drive ongoing process improvements across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with global HR, IT and business partners to standardise processes, enhance service quality and scalability, and implement automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a related HR area within a service-oriented environment.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center, business services organisation or international company.
• Experience in managing service quality and operational performance using indicators.
• Experience in process improvement, transformation, standardisation or change management.
• Strong interest in HR technology, digitalisation and automation.
• Ability to cooperate with stakeholders across functions, countries and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the HR Shared Services team, creating a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
• Ensure the efficient, timely and consistent delivery of operational HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Take responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of services provided to employees and internal stakeholders.
• Define team priorities, set objectives and monitor performance against quality and service indicators.
• Analyse operational results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and employee experience.
• Support the continued development and scalability of the HR service model.
• Lead transformation, optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardisation and harmonisation of HR processes across the organisation.
• Work with local HR teams, business representatives, IT and other internal functions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitalise and automate operational HR activities.
• Prepare management reports and recommendations related to service delivery and HR operations.
• Ensure processes align with policies, standards and regulations.
