The role requires 5+ years in HR Services within the German market, fluent German and English, and a drive for operational excellence in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading HR Services in Germany.
• Experience with shared services or people services in international organisations.
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed or remote teams.
• Experience with digital transformation and process improvement.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Service Centre across Germany, comprised of 10+ legal entities.
• Develop a high-performing shared services team with engagement and accountability.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality services by monitoring performance and improving processes.
• Champion Lean, standardisation, and operational excellence.
• Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and business continuity.
• Drive digital transformation and knowledge management initiatives.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to deliver broader people projects.
