Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG in Gdańsk is seeking an IT Product Manager/Team Lead to shape and lead HR IT products for 17,000 employees worldwide. You will work with business stakeholders to maximize product value and guide an international HR IT team across Hamburg and Gdańsk.

The role requires strong experience in HCM solutions, IT product management, and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work arrangement with relocation support included.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience implementing and supporting HCM solutions such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
• Several years of experience in IT Product Management.
• Hands-on experience in management of close stakeholder relations and joint requirements engineering.
• Ability to coach resources and supervise a team.
• Experience with complex software solutions in the enterprise environment.
• Analytical skills and efficient way of working.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR IT Products in close collaboration with the Business Owner and ensure that Products deliver maximum value for our global HR organization and 17,000 employees worldwide.
• Lead and develop the HR IT Team of nine internal FTE (split across Hamburg and Gdansk) and manage external resources to scale operations.
• Shape the HR IT Architecture and ensure proper interconnectivity between HR solutions and other IT products.
• Provide consulting services to the HR Business for enhancements and future development of processes and IT solutions.
• Take responsibility for future upgrades of the Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
