Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd is seeking an IT Product Manager/Team Lead to drive our global HR IT products. You will partner with business stakeholders to maximize value for 17,000 employees worldwide while leading an international HR IT team across Hamburg and Gdańsk.

You will shape HRIT architecture, manage the Oracle Cloud HCM Suite upgrades, coach a nine-person team, and collaborate with external resources to scale operations. A hybrid work model and Knowledge Center in Gdansk are offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience implementing and supporting HCM solutions such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
• Significant IT Product Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with stakeholder relations and requirements engineering.
• Ability to coach resources and supervise a team.
• Experience with enterprise software in a complex environment.
• Independent and responsible working style with good teamwork.
• Analytical skills and efficient work approach.
• English language proficiency.
• Interest in technology and architecture discussions.
• Experience in agile methods and cloud migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR IT products in close collaboration with Business Owner to maximize value.
• Lead and develop the HR IT team (9 FTE) across Hamburg and Gdansk; manage external resources.
• Shape HRIT architecture and ensure interconnectivity between HR solutions and other IT products.
• Provide consulting services on enhancements and future development.
• Take responsibility for upgrades of Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
