ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Gdańsk seeks a Senior Project Manager (HR & Group Systems) to drive complex IT infrastructure, workplace and application projects across European locations.

You will own budgets, schedules, and governance while coordinating global teams and suppliers to deliver business outcomes. The role requires excellent English, 7+ years of delivery experience in regulated or finance environments, and strong leadership to steer cross-functional programs toward successful

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience delivering multiple IT infrastructure, workplace or application projects.
Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Drive multiple complex projects with budgets of €1m–€3m, ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across ERGO and partners.
Produce project charters, schedules and governance artifacts.
Manage risks, issues and project communications for executives.
