Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, technical delivery, or large-scale data operations.
• 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role, leading managers and Tech Leads.
• Proven ability to optimize engineering processes and define operational blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Audit organizational processes and implement high-ROI improvements.
• Define delivery modus operandi and reporting lines with leaders.
• Align delivery with roadmaps across squads and manage BoW.
