Job summary

Hitachi Europe Ltd. seeks a Group Account Sales Support Manager within Global Marketing & Sales to orchestrate cross-BU strategies for strategic accounts.

The role focuses on customer engagements, opportunity shaping, and One Hitachi orchestration to deliver measurable growth while aligning with the One Hitachi account plan. You will lead workshops, translate priorities into engagement narratives, coordinate GAM/RAM activities, and support CXO-level storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing or as an Account Manager or Sales Support Specialist.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
• Willingness and openness to travel up to 15% and to operate across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and workshops with account planning and executive briefs.
• Support GAM/RAM in shaping opportunities, governance gates, and internal approvals.
• Coordinate cross-BU collaboration and One Hitachi orchestration across Digital, Energy, Rail, and Industrial units.
• Prepare executive narratives and customer-specific value propositions for CXO-level interactions.
• Ensure momentum after engagements with clear next steps and ownership.
