Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Global Customer Experience Training Specialist to join the Transformers Business Unit and advance world-class learning and development across a global footprint.

You will design and execute a global training strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver engaging content with a focus on continuous improvement, leveraging Cornerstone and other digital tools in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a global training strategy.
• Design and enhance impactful learning programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
• Implement and optimize processes and tools for scalable training delivery worldwide.
