Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, CS, Engineering or related field.
- Experience with machine learning, preferably in supply chain or planning functions.
- Experience with SAP IBP/o9 or similar planning platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for demand forecasting and planning.
- Lead KPI tracking and dashboarding to monitor planning performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate ML into planning tools.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and model interpretability across planning systems.
- Work with Regional Forecast Analysts to drive planning transformation.
- Travel approximately 20% per year across continents.
