Job summary

Danone in Poland seeks a Global Forecast Analyst to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for demand forecasting. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, planners, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and improve forecast accuracy.

The role focuses on KPI tracking, dashboarding, and integrating ML into planning tools like SAP IBP, with approximately 20% travel across regions.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Data Science, CS, Engineering or related field.
Experience with machine learning, preferably in supply chain or planning functions.
Experience with SAP IBP/o9 or similar planning platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy ML models for demand forecasting and planning.
Lead KPI tracking and dashboarding to monitor planning performance.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate ML into planning tools.
Ensure data quality, governance, and model interpretability across planning systems.
Work with Regional Forecast Analysts to drive planning transformation.
Travel approximately 20% per year across continents.
