Job summary

Revolut, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office. You will help identify market gaps, opportunities and define strategic initiatives that drive mass product adoption across core and expansion markets.

You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape long-term product strategy, track competitive positioning, and scope new verticals for the business with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university.
• Track record of outstanding achievement across multiple areas.
• 3+ years in top-tier strategy consult, investment bank/PE/VC, or fast-growing tech in business/product/strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Empathy for customers with a customer-centric design approach.

Responsibilities

• Support senior executives and the CEO in developing a point of view on fintech verticals and define cohesive long-term strategy for company and product departments.
• Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market information back into strategy and roadmaps.
• Track and analyse competitive position and product performance globally.
• Help scope and launch new verticals for the company.
• Define initial product proposition and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets.
