Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth efforts for the Benelux market. You will oversee local campaigns, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that bring-to-life Revolut features while aligning with regional and global leadership.

You’ll partner with local and global teams, manage influencer partnerships, and develop creative formats across channels, reporting on performance and optimizing for impact.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English are required.
• Experience with Benelux markets and consumer trends.
• Interest in marketing, tech and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local and global marketing teams to adapt strategies and build high-impact campaigns across the Benelux markets.
• Own influencer and affiliate collaborations; manage relationships and ensure content meets compliance and KPIs.
• Develop compelling creatives and test new formats across platforms.
• Stay close to what’s working across key social and digital platforms; spot trends and scale ideas.
• Use performance data to optimize creatives, formats, and messages for channel performance.
• Own projects and product launches end-to-end, from strategy to performance reporting and optimization.
