Job summary

XTB seeks a qualified lawyer to support its legal team in Warsaw, handling day-to-day operations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Around 2 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the legal team in providing ongoing legal services to XTB and collaborating with business units.
• Preparing legal analyses, draft opinions, and recommendations regarding the Company’s day-to-day operations.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, and participating in contract negotiations.
• Assisting with day-to-day corporate maintenance, including preparing documentation for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and General Meeting of Shareholders.
• Analyzing legal regulations and monitoring regulatory changes affecting XTB’s business.
• Drafting correspondence and responses to public administration bodies, regulatory authorities, and other institutions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documentation related to XTB’s clients, products, and services.
• Providing legal support for ongoing projects and the implementation of new products and solutions.
• Collaborating with the Compliance team and other internal departments to execute assigned tasks.
