Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Office professional to drive strategic Finance projects from initiation to implementation in a global setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, define governance, milestones and delivery plans while coordinating stakeholders across Denmark and Poland.

The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience, strong governance know-how, and the ability to facilitate workshops and change management across borders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in an international corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of project governance and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional decision processes.
• Understanding of change management and people-side of implementation.
• Experience with Finance processes or Finance-related transformation is an advantage.
• PM certification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and functional Finance projects from initiation to implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resources and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and establish roles and accountability.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and reporting.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality and cost.
• Support business readiness, adoption and sustainable implementation with Change & Communication colleagues.
• Contribute to development of FTO methods, tools and ways of working.
