Job summary

VELUX Poland is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to drive strategic finance initiatives from initiation through implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope and governance, and ensure delivery within time and budget while managing risks and stakeholder alignment.

You will collaborate with global teams, support business readiness and change management, and contribute to the ongoing development of FTO methods and tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably from an international corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of project governance and experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops, decision-making processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of change management and the people side of implementation.
• Experience with Finance processes or Finance-related transformation is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and functional Finance projects from initiation to implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resource needs and delivery plans.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and establish clear roles and accountability.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and project reporting.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality and cost parameters.
• Collaborate with Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication colleagues to support business readiness and adoption.
• Support benefit definition and follow-up, creating transparency around outcomes.
• Contribute to development of FTO project methods, tools and ways of working.
• Travel up to 30 days may be required.
