Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Project Manager for its Finance Transformation Office. You will lead strategic Finance projects across international teams, from initiation to implementation, defining scope, milestones and governance, and coordinating cross-functional staff to deliver on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication colleagues to drive business readiness, adoption and sustainable improvements, with travel up to 30 days and a

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an international corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of project governance and multi-stakeholder leadership.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of change management and the people side of implementation.
• Experience with Finance processes or Finance-related transformation is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and functional Finance projects from initiation to implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, milestones and delivery plans.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and roles.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage progress, risks, dependencies, budgets and reporting.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality and cost parameters.
• Support business readiness, adoption and sustainable implementation with Change & Communication colleagues.
• Contribute to benefit definition and transparency around outcomes.
• Collaborate across national borders and travel up to 30 days.
