Job summary

Velux Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to own end-to-end source-to-pay processes globally. You will lead a skilled team of process experts, project managers and BI analysts, driving standardization, governance and continuous improvement across master data, S2C and R2P.

The role blends leadership, analytics and digital procurement initiatives in a hybrid setup, with options in Warsaw or Østbirk.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in procurement or process ownership.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in international environments.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach to process optimization.
• Experience with procurement systems like Ariba or Coupa is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe ~25–50 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Process Owner for end-to-end source-to-pay processes with governance and standardization.
• Lead a team of process experts, business analysts and project managers.
• Drive process excellence and translate requirements into scalable procurement processes.
• Define procurement KPIs, dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Advance procurement analytics, ESG focus, and AI-powered solutions.
• Co-own strategy, governance and development of procurement systems with Sourcing Excellence.
• Scouting, assessing and implementing new digital procurement systems.
• Lead procurement system implementation projects from requirements through adoption.
• Serve as interface between Procurement and IT for system development and improvement.
• Explore digital solutions to improve analytics, operations, compliance and user experience.
