VELUX Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Office professional to drive strategic Finance projects from initiation to implementation in a global setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, define governance, milestones and delivery plans while coordinating stakeholders across Denmark and Poland.

The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience, strong governance know-how, and the ability to facilitate workshops and change management across borders.

• 3-5 years of project management experience in an international corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of project governance and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional decision processes.
• Understanding of change management and people-side of implementation.
• Experience with Finance processes or Finance-related transformation is an advantage.
• PM certification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our VELUX Finance Transformation Office (FTO), to drive transformation and deliver strategic projects. **About your team:**You will join a global team with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, bringing together Project Managers, Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication capabilities. We value professional curiosity, mutual respect, continuous learning and a healthy sense of humour. **Your challenges and core responsibilities:*** Lead strategic and functional Finance projects from initiation to implementation.* Define clear objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resource needs and delivery plans.* Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and establish clear roles and accountability.* Facilitate workshops, project meetings, decision-making and stakeholder alignment.* Manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and project reporting.* Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality and cost parameters.* Work closely with Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication colleagues to support business readiness, adoption and sustainable implementation.* Support benefit definition and follow-up, creating transparency around expected and realized business outcomes.* Contribute to the continued development of FTO project methods, tools and ways of working.* The role involves collaboration across national borders, and some travel should be expected (up to 30 days)**Your qualifications*** 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably from an international corporate environment, Finance transformation, shared services or consulting.* A solid understanding of project governance and experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.* Experience facilitating workshops, decision-making processes and cross-functional collaboration.* An understanding of change management and the people side of implementation.* Experience with Finance processes or Finance-related transformation is an advantage.* A relevant project management certification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.* Fluency in written and spoken English. **Who you are**You are structured, analytical and proactive, with the drive to move projects forward and the judgement to involve the right people at the right time.
