Job summary

Velux Deutschland Gmbh is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead global finance initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and partner with Change & Communication colleagues to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in international project management, strong governance skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in an international corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of project governance and leading multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of change management and the people side of implementation.
• Experience with Finance processes or transformation is advantageous.
• Relevant PM certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and functional Finance projects from initiation to implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resource needs and delivery plans.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and establish clear roles and accountability.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and project reporting.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality and cost parameters.
• Support business readiness, adoption and sustainable implementation with Transformation Specialists.
• Contribute to the continued development of FTO project methods, tools and ways of working.
• Role involves collaboration across national borders, travel up to 30 days.
