Ruukki Construction is seeking an Export Sales Representative to develop profitable customer relationships and drive export sales growth from Oborniki, Poland. You will work with an international client base and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional project execution.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, providing technical and commercial guidance, and traveling as needed across European export markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales in an international environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented.
• Good English and German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing customer relationships, inquiries, pricing, offers and orders.
• Develop new customer relationships and identify business opportunities in export markets.
• Prepare and manage quotations and sales opportunities using our sales systems.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Act as a product expert and provide commercial and technical guidance to customers.
• Gather customer and market insights and share with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful project execution.
