Job summary

Parimatch is seeking a Head of Expansion to lead GEO testing, growth hypotheses, and budget planning from our Warsaw office. You will align with Analytics, Product, and the CMO to define KPI targets and shared roadmaps.

The role requires 3+ years in iGaming leadership, deep expertise in Affiliate, Facebook, In-App, and Influencer channels, and hands-on knowledge of local payment methods and regulatory frameworks. A data-driven mindset and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in senior iGaming roles such as Head of Expansion or Head of Media Buying.
• Solid understanding of Affiliate (CPA / RevShare), Facebook, In-App, and Influencer marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of iGaming operations: local payment methods, regulatory frameworks, localization standards, and conversion funnels.
• Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in unit economics, cohort analysis, predictive LTV modeling, and ROMI/ROAS metrics.
• Proven track record collaborating with Analytics and Product units (ability to write precise briefs and interpret complex datasets).
• High-level cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills without direct line authority dependencies.
• Business acumen and accountability for managing and justifying testing budgets based on ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• GEO selection, hypothesis formulation, and roadmap alignment with the CMO.
• Build go-to-market media plans: budget allocation, acquisition channels, and traffic milestones.
• Plan and execute Affiliate channel deployment and partner programs; oversee Facebook and In-App testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track milestones; maintain budget discipline.
• Lead post-test analyses and formulate data-backed recommendations to scale or terminate GEO tests.
