You will lead platform rollout with partners like GR8 Tech, optimize margins, source game providers, and guide teams to deliver end-to-end features and post-launch analysis.

This role offers a dynamic, performance-driven environment with opportunities to influence product direction and deliver measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of iGaming casino operations, player behavior, and core KPIs.
• Proven ability to analyze casino product performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Hands-on margin management in a casino environment.
• Experience from feature conception to post-launch analysis.
• Experience sourcing and integrating casino game providers.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and align teams.

• Define and execute the casino product strategy and features.
