Parimatch in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Casino) to shape the product strategy for the Casino Stream and drive core metric growth across internal brands. You will lead casino platform launches, optimize margins, evaluate providers, mentor teams, and deliver data-driven insights to boost performance.

Qualifications

iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and core product KPIs (GGR, NGR, RTP, Conversion, Retention).
Data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities in casino products.
Hands-on margin management and optimization within a casino environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the casino product strategy by introducing engaging mechanics, new features, and fresh content to accelerate growth across core product metrics.
Lead the casino platform rollout in strategic partnership with GR8 Tech, managing post-launch performance analysis and continuous optimization.
Monitor player activity metrics and product KPIs, delivering project-level solutions to elevate profitability.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage end-to-end integration of top-tier game providers and casino content.
Direct and oversee teams within the Casino Stream, tracking performance metrics and delivering actionable feedback.
Provide expert guidance and data-driven insights to internal brands and partner projects to improve product performance.
