Betters Poland is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to own the Polish marketing strategy and annual plan, aligned with commercial targets, and to personally drive its execution. You will drive customer acquisition across paid, SEO, social, affiliates and offline channels, manage the marketing budget for measurable returns, grow the brand, and lead local team development as the business expands.

• Experience in Polish online betting or regulated B2C digital sectors.
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven marketing (FTD, CAC, retention, LTV, GGR/NGR).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing strategies.
• Proven budget management and optimization skills.
• Experience collaborating with Country Management, Product, CRM and Creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Polish marketing strategy and annual plan aligned with commercial targets.
• Lead its execution and drive customer acquisition across paid, SEO, social and affiliates.
• Manage and optimise the marketing budget for measurable returns and channel shifts.
• Build and develop the brand in Poland, including positioning and tone.
• Plan and run promotions and bonus campaigns around major events.
• Grow affiliate and partnership programmes and monitor performance and compliance.
• Activate sponsorships to deliver measurable acquisition and brand results.
• Ensure compliance with Polish gambling law and responsible gambling standards.
• Coordinate with Product, Performance, CRM and Creative for Poland-focused output.
• Report marketing performance (FTDs, CAC, conversion, retention, LTV, GGR/NGR) with insights.
