Job summary

Ticketmaster in Europe seeks an Event Support Specialist to assist the International Support & Operations team. You will manage event creation and updates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices while supporting promoters, venues, and artists within the Central Europe region.

You will input data into Ticketmaster systems, verify outputs, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Fulfillment and Customer Service to fulfill client requests.

Responsibilities

• Program events with accuracy according to SOPs.
• Build events for local and international promoters across music, festivals, sports, theatre and more.
• Input event data into Ticketmaster systems and resolve data errors.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely event delivery.
• Verify event information with stakeholders and support related tasks.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and mentor colleagues.
