Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking an Event Programming Specialist to join the Global Client Support & Operations team in Warsaw or flexible within Poland. You will own event setup, data integrity and provide operational and technical support across Ticketmaster systems, ensuring accurate configurations for clients and events.

You will build events across music, sports, theatre and festivals, coordinate tasks, QA configurations, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Fan Support and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and continuously adapt to updated QA processes.
  • Support team-wide quality by reviewing events and sharing best practices.
  • Contribute to improving processes and maintaining high delivery standards.

THE JOB

As an Event Programming Specialist, you will be part of the Support & Operations team. You will support Ticketmaster clients in all aspects of event management, including event creation, updates, and ongoing maintenance within Ticketmaster systems.

You will take ownership of accurate event setup, data integrity, and operational and technical support, ensuring high-quality delivery and supporting client outcomes across Ticketmaster systems.

What You Will Be Doing
Event Management
  • Build and configure events accurately according to standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Build events across various categories (music, sports, theatre, festivals, etc.).
  • Input and validate event data in Ticketmaster systems.
  • Identify and resolve event-related issues and inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate event-related tasks and support assigned projects or tours.

Quality Assurance

Operations & Collaboration
  • Manage workload and track tasks via Salesforce.
  • Handle incoming requests from promoters and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Finance, Fan Support, Client Support, IT.
  • Support clients using self-service tools, including delivering training when required.
  • Work closely with Client Support Specialists (CSS) where assigned.
  • Provide event-related information to Fan Support teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training on systems and processes.
  • Support onboarding of new team members as a buddy/mentor.
  • Contribute to regional and international projects and initiatives.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
