Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Ticketmaster division in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an Event Programming Specialist on a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2027. Location: Warsaw or flexible within Poland; full-time role in a global support & operations context.

You will manage event setup, data integrity, and provide operational support across Ticketmaster systems, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate configurations and timely delivery for diverse live events.

Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (local language + English).
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Understanding of the live entertainment or sports industry is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Build and configure events accurately according to standard operating procedures and best practices.
Build events across various categories (music, sports, theatre, festivals, etc.).
Input and validate event data in Ticketmaster systems.
Identify and resolve event-related issues and inconsistencies.
Coordinate event-related tasks and support assigned projects or tours.
Communicate event details to internal stakeholders.
Configure events for integration with additional TM1 tools (e.g. Access, Flex, Amplify).
Support ISM requests and validate outputs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams when needed.
Provide on-site assistance to clients when required.
