Job summary

KK Group is seeking an experienced Senior Lead - IT Applications (ERP) to support and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment across a global business landscape. The role blends ERP support, user engagement, process improvement and cross-country collaboration.

The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Szczecin city center, with opportunities to influence ERP and digital transformation initiatives within an international context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Finance modules.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting global users and international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of finance processes and ERP finance modules is highly appreciated.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for business users and stakeholders regarding D365 topics.
• Support daily ERP operations and resolve user requests and system issues.
• Participate in D365 implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct user meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Prepare ERP documentation, deployment updates, and process materials.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support global users and ensure smooth ERP operations across multiple locations.
• Contribute to process optimization and system enhancement initiatives.
