Job summary

KK Group is seeking an experienced ERP Integration Lead – IT Applications to support, develop, and enhance the global Microsoft Dynamics D365 landscape. You will combine strong D365 SCM knowledge with integrations and end-to-end business processes, liaising with stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and cross-country colleagues.

Your role also involves shaping the D365 SCM and integration strategy going forward and working in a hybrid setup, including options for Szczecin city-center office

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting global users and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for D365-related topics.
• Support business processes involving electronic exchange of documents (e.g., POs, SOs, invoices).
• Work with D365 ISV solutions and extensions to ensure proper integration.
• Collaborate with partners, developers, and internal teams on upgrades/solutions.
• Document end-to-end integration flows between D365, ISV apps, EDI, middleware, and external systems.
