KK Group in Szczecin is seeking an experienced Change & Release Lead – IT Applications (ERP) to coordinate deployments, releases, and upgrades across our Microsoft Dynamics D365 landscape. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating software releases, projects, or similar activities.
• Experience bringing together different teams and systems to deliver deployments.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving.
• Good communication with business and IT teams.
• Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities.

• Understanding of dependencies between applications, integrations, and processes.
• Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management.

Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced Change & Release Lead – IT Applications (ERP) to join our team in Szczecin and take a key role in coordinating changes, releases, and system improvements across our global Microsoft Dynamics D365 landscape.

In this role, you will help ensure that application changes, regular updates, project deployments, hotfixes, and infrastructure-related releases are carefully planned, coordinated, tested, and introduced into production. You will work closely with IT application team, Project Managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth and predictable releases across multiple systems and environments.

What you will do
