Job summary

KK Group is seeking an experienced Change & Release Lead – IT Applications (ERP) to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and improvements across our global Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations landscape. You will work with IT, project teams, stakeholders, and partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth releases across environments.

Role requires strong release coordination, ERP deployment experience, and a proactive, structured mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of coordinating software releases, projects, or similar activities.
Experience bringing together different teams and systems to deliver successful deployments.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Good communication skills with business and IT teams.
Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative yet independent, proactive and structured.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of planning and coordinating system deployments, releases, and upgrades.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Application Owners to define release scope and timing.
Coordinate deployments around key business periods to minimize operational impact.
Organize and coordinate UAT activities to support project delivery.
Balance priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts across projects and updates.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure release readiness.
Create and maintain release documentation and analytical artifacts.
Use Azure DevOps to plan, track, and coordinate release activities.
