• Experience delivering complex ERP programs, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record managing international, cross-functional projects.
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating IT integration activities, including M&A contexts.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end ERP/D365 project delivery from concept to adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage critical dependencies.
• Support IT integration initiatives related to M&A and data alignment.
• Align scope, priorities, risks, decisions, and resources across teams.
• Ensure transparent project planning, reporting and governance structures.
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and alignment sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate system integrators and external partners for timely delivery.
