Job summary

KK Wind Solutions A/S seeks an experienced Senior Lead - IT Applications (D365) to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment globally. The role blends ERP support, user engagement, process improvements, and cross-country collaboration.

Remote work is available, or onsite in Szczecin city center. You will lead ERP initiatives, support finance modules, and drive digital transformation across international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), especially Finance modules.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting global users and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for business users and stakeholders regarding D365-related topics.
• Support daily ERP operations and resolve user requests and system issues.
• Participate in D365 implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct user meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Prepare ERP documentation, deployment updates, and process materials.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support global users and ensure smooth ERP operations across multiple locations.
• Contribute to process optimization and system enhancement initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead - IT Applications (ERP) to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment across a global business landscape. This role combines ERP support, user engagement, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Responsibilities

Our requirements

• Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience supporting global users and international teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects
• Knowledge of finance processes and ERP finance modules is highly appreciated
• Ability to work independently and effectively cooperate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
