Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin is seeking an experienced Change & Release Lead – IT Applications (ERP) to coordinate deployments, releases, and upgrades across our Microsoft Dynamics D365 landscape. You will partner with IT, PMs, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth, predictable releases.

The role emphasizes UAT planning, cross-team collaboration, and comprehensive release documentation, with hybrid work options in Szczecin and international ERP initiatives driving digital

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating software releases, projects, or similar activities.
• Experience bringing together different teams and systems to deliver deployments.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving.
• Good communication with business and IT teams.
• Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative yet able to work independently.
• Proactive, structured, solution-focused mindset.
• Understanding of dependencies between applications, integrations, and processes.
• Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management.
• Experience with deployment, rollback, and contingency planning.
• Understanding of testing applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning and coordinating system deployments, releases, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Application Owners to define the scope and timing of releases.
• Coordinate deployments around key business periods to minimize operational impact.
• Organize and coordinate UAT activities to support successful project delivery.
• Balance priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts across projects, service updates, and business initiatives.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure readiness for upcoming releases.
• Create and maintain clear analytical and release documentation.
• Use Azure DevOps to plan, track, and coordinate release activities.
