Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, solution architecture, technical program management, or related roles.
• Proven experience coordinating complex integration initiatives across multiple systems, teams, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures, APIs, messaging, event-driven integration, and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and SaaS integration environments, including security, identity, connectivity, and data considerations.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, governance processes, and demand management within large, complex, matrix organizations.
• Ability to identify reuse opportunities, prevent duplication, and promote enterprise-wide integration standards and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong delivery mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide oversight, coordination, and governance of integration demand and delivery.
• Promote reuse of existing integration capabilities and reduce duplication and technical debt.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, approvals, and delivery sequencing for successful integration implementations.
• Establish and operate integration governance processes from design to operational handover.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and delivery practices.
• Serve as primary coordination point for cross-functional stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges.
• Maintain transparency of the integration portfolio with reporting and delivery metrics.
