ABB is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to define and govern our enterprise architecture framework and ensure alignment with ABB’s strategic priorities. You will lead governance boards, balance decentralization with enterprise coherence, and drive standardization across business domains.

You will embed EA practices in delivery lifecycles, enable domain teams, and champion the use of EA tools like Ardoq while fostering a community-led architecture culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field is required.
• 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related roles with governance-focused experience.
• Experience implementing EA frameworks, tools, and governance in a global organization.
• Knowledge of decentralized, multi-domain or federated operating models.

Responsabilités

• Define, operate and continuously improve the enterprise architecture governance framework, standards and compliance mechanisms.
• Embed governance into delivery processes and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Oversee governance boards, ensure transparent decision rights and escalations.
• Develop EA practice standards, methodologies and governance processes.
• Foster an enterprise architecture community through training and collaboration tools.
