Flex is seeking a Global Engineering Change Manager to drive engineering change projects across our global organization, with a focus on SpinCo initiatives in the EMEA region (UK, Poland or Ireland). Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Engineering Change Manager located in one of our location in EMEA region (UK, Poland or Ireland). Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Engineering the Global Engineering Change Manager role involves will lead and drive engineering change projects across our global organization. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering processes and business performance.
