Job summary

Flex in Poland is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join the SpinCo initiative in Tczew. You'll ensure secure, reliable IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and applications, and support data protection services in a growing digital landscape.

Responsibilities include administering and maintaining systems, managing user access, planning capacity, coordinating upgrades, and enforcing security procedures while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in IT systems administration.
• Proficient Polish and English; eligible to work in Poland.

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
• Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator employee to be based in Tczew, Poland

Summary: Primary Objective

Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

What a typical day looks like

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 2-5 years experience in IT System Administration
• Good Polish & English language skills
• Eligibility to work in Poland
