Job summary

Flex in Poland is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Tczew. You will manage RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, and build strategic partnerships to optimize costs while ensuring supply continuity.

You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, drive cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to a growing global procurement function in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in indirect/non-production procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills with complex sourcing experience.
• Fluent English and Polish (written & spoken).
• Analytical, proactive, and cross-functional team player.

Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Tczew. This role reports directly to the Indirect Purchasing Manager and plays a key role in driving procurement excellence, building strategic supplier partnerships, and supporting business growth.

What a typical day looks like:

• Managing RFQs and tender processes for non-production materials and services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure best commercial conditions
• Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and continuity of supply
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver procurement support to the business

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Min. 5 years of experience in indirect / non-production procurement

• Fluent English and Polish (written & spoken)
• Analytical mindset with strong ownership and ability to prioritize
