Job summary

Haleon Brasil Ltda. in Poland is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to oversee ER cases within a defined region, ensuring policy adherence and collaborating with local legal and compliance teams.

The role will support ER matters for M&A, restructuring, and organizational change initiatives. You will lead investigations, perform root-cause analysis, analyze case data for trends, and provide guidance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations, including management and resolution of complex cases.
• Knowledge of local labor law and Employee Relations policies.
• Analytical capabilities with root-cause analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in global or regional Employee Relations environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close Employee Relations cases in line with global policies and standards.
• Investigate complex ER cases, including those outside the core region or unit.
• Support consequence management per local legislation and org requirements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring and serious ER matters.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends, risks and underlying concerns.
• Collaborate with local legal and compliance teams for compliant case management.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders on case outcomes and trends.
• Deliver ER training to HRBPs and managers based on insights.
