Haleon is seeking a Poland-based Employee Relations Manager to oversee ER cases across the region with a strong focus on policy adherence, legal compliance and data-driven improvement. The role ensures adherence to global policies, procedures and investigation standards, while partnering closely with local legal and compliance teams to manage ER matters and provide Employee Relations support for M&A activities, restructuring programmes and organizational change initiatives.
